Hi Sharon,
Hope all is good with you? I just wanted to thank you for being a reference for me and for your wonderful cooking course.
I’m heading off to Ser Chevalier in December with Crystal Ski and can’t wait! In the end I had to choose between them and going to Tignes with SkiWorld - it was a very hard decision, but I decided to go the resort I hadn’t been to before.
Hope you have a lovely Christmas,
Hanna

“We gave Alex Sharon’s cookery course for his birthday. At the age of 20 and living back at home, we felt it would be a good idea for him to discover how to cook more than basic meals and he was keen to learn too.
He thoroughly enjoyed himself during the course. Sharon’s home and kitchen are a beautiful environment in which to learn and her background in catering and her fun approach to teaching enabled him to settle in easily with the others on the course. He brought back delicious “leftovers” for us all to enjoy each day, and when he won the “best chocolate fondant” in the group, his pride in what he had achieved was a great moment to share with him. The skills he has learnt, over just a few days, will last him a lifetime and they have also given him the inspiration and confidence to try new recipes. He now contributes to our weekly meals so we’re all enjoying the results of Sharon’s excellent teaching and I cannot recommend her highly enough”.

To whom it may concern,
It was a pleasure working with Sharon to plan for my wedding on 31st July 2010. Nothing was too much trouble and I especially valued the genuine, personal treatment I received from start to finish, and beyond. Having already contacted many large events caterers prior to finding Absolute Delights, it was such a relief to me to find someone who I felt I could trust, who seemed to entirely grasp and share my vision and excitement for the day.
We opted for a seated afternoon tea (sandwiches, cakes, scones and strawberries) and a hog roast in the evening. Unlike the many corporate caterers out there, there was no restrictive list of sandwich fillings to choose from, in banded price lists. Sharon offered advice on what was usually popular but essentially let us choose exactly what we wanted. My wish really was her command! My fiancé really wanted strawberries and cream added to the spread – this was no problem either – the service provided was so flexible. The hog roast in the evening was wonderful, and the local butcher even turned up to do the carving!I started organising the wedding quite early, and Sharon and I exchanged many emails in the run up to the day, meeting up a couple of times to go over finer details and visit the reception venue. It was such a reassurance to know that I could email her at any time – sometimes only with a little idea or question that had occurred to me – and she would always respond quickly. The food was wonderful, presented beautifully (she has an excellent eye for detail and very good taste) and served by a capable and diligent team of staff, drawing compliments from lots of guests. I cannot recommend Absolute Delights highly enough as a wedding catering package and look forward to working with Sharon and her team again soon.
